Ask Jeeves and L90 Unite in Innovative Sales Agreement

May 16 -- PRNewswire -- L90, Inc. (Nasdaq: LNTY), a leading interactive marketing, technology, and media company, and Ask Jeeves® Web Properties, a division of Ask Jeeves, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASKJ) announced today they have entered into a marketing representation agreement. Under the agreement, Ask Jeeves will provide the L90 sales force with its surplus targeted keyword inventory which the L90 sales force will use to sell Ask Jeeves' innovative ad products across the DirectHit Network. The DirectHit Network, which is powered by a keyword search infrastructure, is comprised of 55 premier Web sites including Ask.com, DirectHit.com, MSN, Salon.com, Go2Net and Brittanica.com. Sites within the DirectHit Network use Ask Jeeves' patented, popularity search technology to deliver relevant search results, paired with ads that generate high conversion rates.
