BMCMedia Signs Six Year DoubleClick DART Agreement

HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 8, 2001--BMCMedia.com Limited (ASX:BMC) and DoubleClick Inc. (Nasdaq: DCLK), today announced that BMCMedia, Asia-Pacific's foremost provider of interactive advertising and marketing solutions, has signed a multi-year DART agreement.

Under the six-year agreement, BMCMedia offices in Asia Pacific will use DoubleClick's DART system as it's primary ad management technology to provide ad serving to its portfolio of represented web sites across the region.

DoubleClick's DART, the industry standard Web-based ad management solution, provides Web publishers, agencies and merchants with comprehensive inventory management, precision targeting, ad delivery, and sophisticated campaign performance reports. As the leading ad management service, DART currently serves an average of 2 billion ads daily worldwide.

"BMCMedia is very excited with this move," said Anthony Bertini, CEO of BMCMedia. "Having completed a comprehensive review of major ad serving companies over the past several months, we are delighted to have signed this deal with the global leader in Internet advertising technology. Combining the DoubleClick technology and our sales methods and skills, places BMCMedia in a much stronger growth position. Being the market leader in Australia already, this move will help to secure the same position for both of our companies throughout the Asia region. We anticipate that our Advertisers and Publishers will respond very positively to this deal."

"We are pleased with BMCMedia's decision to select our DART technology to manage their ad delivery. BMCMedia has a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific market, with one of the largest web site portfolios in the region," said Jitendra Valera, Vice President, International, DoubleClick TechSolutions. "This partnership will enable these sites to benefit from DART's superior ability to target, manage and deliver advertising with greater sophistication and accuracy while strengthening our position as a leading provider of ad management technology in the Asia-Pacific market. BMCMedia is the first customer to migrate from Sabela to DART, following the acquisition of Sabela's technology assets by DoubleClick," added Valera.

Currently BMCMedia operates six Asia-Pacific offices and has alliance partners in several other countries including Europe and the United States. With the addition of BMCMedia, DoubleClick has over 150 TechSolutions clients in the Asia-Pacific market.
