HowToWebTV and Engage Combine Television and Online Advertising Know-How
TORONTO, April 3, 2001 - Engage Inc. (CDNX: HOW), an Internet portal that broadcasts how-to video programs online on Howtowebtv.com and Videoandarcade.com; as well as on specialty television channels including HGTV, Life, and YTV. Under the agreement, HowToWebTV will utilize the Engage sales force to sell banners and program-specific sponsorship on the HowToWebTV website and advertising sponsorship for HowToWebTV television programs.
