Adtegrity Continues to Post Record Profits

Edited by Joshua Smith - 9th November, 2001

Adtegrity.com (Pink Sheets: ADTY), a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based company specializing in advertising representation for a modest network of quality web properties, today reported a 15 percent increase in revenues and continued profitability for the third quarter of 2001.

Continued profitability on increased revenues of this scale are almost unique in the present online advertising scene - an environment that has seen the demise and restructing of several major and niche players of late. Adtegrity's advantage seems to stand as testament to the firm's efficient management of scale, and to its focus on but a few targeted content channels in its media representation.

The company reported net income of $48,000 on net revenues of $1.5 million in the third quarter ended September 30, 2001 compared to a net loss of $183,437 on net revenues of $1.3 million during the third quarter of last year. The improved results reportedly reflect the addition of new advertising clients and strong revenue growth in the company's traditional banner network.

Adtegrity.com said its new client services team has also started to generate revenue and new client opportunities, though campaign activity was slowed in the quarter by the events of Sept. 11. Launched during the third quarter, the company's client services team was created to help web publishers and advertisers optimize their results-based online advertising campaigns.

"Adtegrity.com continues to perform well despite the softening economy." remarked President and CEO Scott Brew. "Our ad network generated outstanding results for the period, though the September tragedy did reduce campaign management activities and in turn, our bottom line. That business is picking back up, and we expect campaign management to be an increasingly important revenue stream for us in the quarters to come."

Mr Brew went on to claim that the continuing consolidation in the industry is rapidly removing viable competitors, while unveiling a wealth of new opportunities in markets that have largely been ignored since the dotcom crash. "We have continued to grow and remain profitable by focusing on the basic business concepts of controlling costs and providing tangible, bottom-line results for our clients. While the current economic climate poses challenges for the best-run business, we expect Adtegrity.com's performance trends to continue through the remainder of the year."

Total ads served on Adtegrity.com's network of original content web sites held steady compared to the quarter ended June 30, 2001, with approximately 1.1 billion ads served. This figure is a 126 percent increase over the third quarter of 2000.
